Nightr is designed to provide personalized fashion guidance. By uploading your outfit images, the app analyzes styles, colors, and patterns, generating actionable recommendations tailored to your look and context. This notice explains how we collect, process, and protect information, and describes your rights regarding your data. Using Nightr indicates your acceptance of these practices.
Information you provide:
· Photos of your outfits uploaded for analysis
· Optional text inputs or notes
· Support inquiries submitted through the app
Information collected automatically:
· Device information (model, OS, app version)
· Performance data, crash logs, and diagnostic reports
· Usage patterns and app interaction logs
Purpose of collection: All information is collected solely to enable Nightr’s core functionality, ensure reliable operation, and improve user experience.
· Uploaded images may contain human faces.
· Faces are not recognized, identified, or extracted.
· No facial templates are created, and biometric data is never stored or shared.
· Image processing occurs on secure internal servers controlled by Nightr Team.
· Temporary data generated during processing is deleted immediately after analysis.
This ensures user images remain private, and no third party can access or use them for unrelated purposes.
· Any AI analysis is performed entirely on our own servers; no third-party AI services are involved.
· Uploaded images are only used to generate the style recommendations requested by the user.
· User data is never used for AI training, advertising, profiling, or marketing.
· Generated results and temporary processing data are deleted or stored only temporarily for user access.
We use data to:
· Deliver the core outfit analysis and style guidance features
· Maintain app stability and security
· Respond to support inquiries
· Detect and prevent misuse or abuse
We do not share your content for commercial purposes and never sell or trade user data.
Your data is not sold or shared externally. Limited sharing may occur only when:
· Required by law or legal proceedings
· Necessary to maintain system security or prevent fraud
· Required to operate the app infrastructure (e.g., hosting, cloud storage, crash analytics)
All third-party service providers are bound by strict contracts that:
· Prevent them from accessing or using user content for their own purposes
· Forbid use for advertising, AI training, or profiling
· Require confidentiality and robust security measures
· Uploaded outfit images are deleted immediately after processing.
· Generated style recommendations are stored temporarily for user access and can be removed at any time.
· Crash logs may be retained up to 12 months for troubleshooting.
· Support communications may be stored up to 6 months to provide effective assistance.
· Account information is maintained while the account is active and deleted within 30 days after account closure.
We implement technical and organizational safeguards to protect user data, including encrypted storage, secure servers, and restricted access. Absolute security cannot be guaranteed, but all reasonable measures are applied to prevent unauthorized access.
Data processing and storage may occur outside your country depending on server locations. Using Nightr indicates your consent to these transfers under secure and controlled conditions.
Nightr is intended for users aged 17 and older. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 17. Any data inadvertently collected from minors will be deleted promptly.
This privacy notice may be updated from time to time. Changes will be reflected in the app with a revised effective date. Continued use of the app indicates acceptance of the updated terms.
Before using Nightr, you will have access to this privacy notice. Using the app constitutes your agreement to all described data handling practices. If you do not agree, you must refrain from using the app.
